The work
- Help with forming, grading and jobsite setup
- Support concrete placement and finishing
- Keep tools and work areas organized
- Learn from experienced members of our crew
- Work safely and contribute to the crew
What matters
Dependability, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Construction experience helps, but concrete experience is not required.
Compensation based on experience and skills.
Weekly paychecks. Average 40–50 hours per week.
Weekend work is rare.
